Texas Summers are brutal, they're long, they're hot and they're fun. Filled with last minute get-a-ways with those you love, even if you spend the time in the A.C. This weekend I visited the LBJ Wildflower Center in Austin. It was so beautiful and to be honest with you I really only went for an extra credit opportunity, but I really did enjoy myself.  Here's my outfit and some photos:

Holiday Weekend with Family

I hope your Memorial Weekend was relaxing and celebratory. I would like to take a second to recognize all the fallen soldiers who have served our country so selflessly. I give you my eternal gratitude. This weekend was not only a Holiday weekend, but also a birthday weekend for my sister, Sallie. Happy Birthday Sis! I don't know about your family, but ours loves to celebrate with cocktails! Also here's my outfit. Modest and Simple. Perfect for a dinner with the family.
